  In 31 years of seeing dentists, I have never had an experience that matches the superior service I received at this office. Everyone I came into contact with - Jodi, Jessi, Dr. Scott, and Mrs, Carol - was phenomenal. They were attentive, caring, and, most important to me, real. I can't stand offices that give you the fancy sales pitches and try to pressure you into cosmetic treatments you don't need. When I asked about whitening today, I got the information I needed in a non-pressuring way. I will be investing in whitening with Dr. Scott because he was so down to Earth in our conversation about it. Mrs. Carol, my hygienist, was gentle, yet firm. She took all the time she needed to explain my treatment plan going forward. And Jodi is just the most fun. She is hilarious and personable, since our time talking on the phone to set up the appointment. This IS the place to go in Lake Charles for dentistry. You won't regret it.

  I received a referral from another dentist. When I called to set up an appointment they scheduled me one for that day. I was really surprised. The staff there is very warm and friendly and Dr. Hannaman was so kind and professional. He explained all our options. And the office is very clean. I left there feeling very confident in him.
