  I have been into Robinson Dental Group a few times & when you walk in the building is always clean & you are always greeted with a nice smile. Once you are checked in you have friendly people help you from the front waiting area to the exam room & there is always someone there to answer every question you have. The Dental Assistants, the Dental Hygienist, & the financial manager are all very sweet & helpful. They are there along every step of the way to make sure that you know exactly what is going on & to make sure you have no questions. You feel very at home & welcome with such a lovely atmosphere. Dr. Tapia is my dentist of choice, he has been great to me & he is always straight forward & to the point. He let's you know what is going on & never leaves you in the dark, he is also quite gentle as well as caring. He has been the only dentist in my entire life that has personally called me after a tooth extraction to check on me & see how I was doing. That in my book is excellent service & I will forever be a life time patient.

  This was my first visit with them. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled. They got me in the same day I called and got it taken care of that day also. The price they gave me over the phone was correct no hidden charges. And me being so nervous since I had never had to have any dental work prior. Dr. Phillips and her assistant Morgan explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. They were amazing. I hghly recommend Robinson Dental and that's where my kids and myself will be going from now on.

  I came to Robinson Dental Group yesterday and the atmosphere and staff were awesome. I’m not from the Lake Charles area but they made me as comfortable as I would be at my own dentist back home. The dentist has excellent bedside manners along with the hygienists that was in there. She was very thorough in her exam and came up with a treatment plan that would suit my needs. I recommend them to anyone who comes in from out of town and needs dental work done.
