  While I cannot say how well their care is, I can tell you: Their billing department is suspicious, and the secretaries will not work with you if you have a changing work schedule. I tried calling to get information on having a couple of moles removed for me and a family member. They refused to tell us how much we may have to spend for mole removal until we pay a $40 co-pay. We'd have to spend $10 in gas to go there to spend $40, just to discover if we could afford the procedure or not. They in the process tried to pressure us and told us we can make an appointment for today, because they only see people Wednesdays. We get off the phone and talk it over. After agreeing, we call them back, and are told they don't take same-day appointments, and have to make an appointment 1-2 months in advance. This is completely unreasonable for people who have changing work schedules and/or work two jobs.
